To report a swarm. (Swarm Reporter)

You will need to SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT. It is free, quick and easy. You will need an email address and please check your spam folder for the confirmation.  If you dont recieve the email within 5 minutes then see below.

Navigate to the SPACES Section (top bar) and search for the postcode in which you are trying to report the swarm. Post the following information into the box that says "What is on your mind" on the relevant space for the postcode that has the swarm. (You may need to join the space before you can post anything)

Contact Name (If different from your own):

Contact Telephone Number:

Location of the Swarm: Full postcode or try What 3 Words for a really accurate location.

Details of the swarm:  Where it is, how high, how big, any access issues  etc.

Please add any pictures as these are really helpful.

Someone will hopefully be in touch shortly to help you out.  Keep an eye on the site messages as well as your phone.


Beekeepers (Swarm Collector)

You will need to SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT. It is free, quick and easy. You will need an email address and please check your spam folder for the confirmation. If you dont recieve the email within 5 minutes then see below.

If you have an old BeeSwarm account you will need to reregester for a NEW account and rejoin your postcodes.

Navigate to the SPACES  (top bar) and search for the postcodes in which you are trying to collect swarms Join all the spaces to receive notifications of any swarms in the postcode areas. Sharing the web address www.BeeSwarm.uk will improve the number of swarms all round and hopefully increase the chances of you getting a swarm.

Please note that BeeSwarm is simply an introductory service and will introduce Honeybee swarm reporters with Honeybee swarm collectors we have no responsibility for the services provided by swarm collectors.

Spread the word using our Publicity Materials  As the more people who know about the site, the more swarms will get reported and the more swarms you could get.  A bigger beekeeping collective will naturally result in more swarms.


No registration email?

If you didn't recieve the email within 5 minutes then you can get direct access by loggin in using one of the 3 dummy accounts.  Please check your spam filter and add Admin@BeeSwarm.uk to your contacts as this will help prevent rejections.

Log in using 

Username :User1, User2 or User3

Password: 12345

This is now your account so please change the password when prompted, and change the profile to your name and add your email address in etc.  We will then replace the dummy account with a new one.
