Please check that what you have is indeed a swarm of honey bees. They should look something like these examples.

If still unsure see this page

This is the "Guest account" with limited features, so make sure that you leave your contact details if you wish to be contacted. If you want your own account to report swarms then sign up for free. You'll need to log out first. If you have your own account already click HERE

Once signed in.

Use the SPACES tab at the top to select the space for the postcode that contains the swarm you wish to report and join the space. NOTE: this is not the "MY SPACES" tab but the "SPACES" tab. If you are on a phone you may not see the "SPACES" tab so rotate your phone into landscape or expand the yellow "MENU" tab.

Click on the Blue "Join" button

Enter the following information as a new post on that page.  The new post box is in the middle  and says "What is on your mind". (See below) If you dont see the box then refresh your screen.

Contact details are REALLY IMPORTANT

  • Contact Name:
  • Contact Telephone Number:
  • Location of the Swarm: Full postcode and/or try What 3 Words for a very accurate location.
  • Details of the swarm:  Where it is, how high, how big, any access issues, how long has it been there etc.  Post as much information as you can.

Please add any pictures as these are really helpful. Use the cloud icon to upload.

White box should look sometyhing like this:

  • If there are no collectors joined to the postcode space, Post your swarm details anyway. Check nearby postcode spaces and drop [email protected]  a heads up and we will try and help to find someone local for you.
  • Someone will hopefully be in touch shortly to help you out using the phone number you have provided.
  • Please sign in again and edit your post should anything change or the swarm be collected but please don't delete the post as the post numbers will help show the number of swarms in the specific areas.
  • If you get impatient then go back to the Postcode Space and search for the individual Swarm Collectors.  They will all have their phone number attached to their profile.

After the swarm is collected.

Please edit your personal details out of the post.  Replace your phone number, full postcode and identifiable Address with "XXXX"  to protect your privacy and identity.

Close the post.  Copy and paste this image Closed  into the top of your post and align to the right.

    Finally..

If you like what you see or have benefitted from having a swarm removed, then please donate something to keep the site running - contribute.
